For the launch of its new eco-responsible project in Mamer, Immobel Luxembourg wanted to create a strong, meaningful identity in the image of a human-scale neighborhood designed for nature lovers.

OBJECTIVE

Creation of all tools for launch and lead generation support

> Creation of a visual identity and brand platform: a name, a clean logo embodying the simplicity of life, natural colors, and a warm, human visual universe.
> Development of a dedicated website: www.liewen-mamer.lu, as well as the project's regularly updated social networks.
> Design of all marketing materials: brochures, flyers, floor plans, product sheets, etc.
> Launch of targeted campaigns: traditional and digital media, geolocation around Mamer.
> Organization of on-site promotional events

The Schueberfouer is the oldest funfair in the world, no less! Everyone knows it, everyone loves it. But how to innovate its communication in this context?
